Dele is the chairman and Principal Partner of the company. He is one of the foremost active real estate law practitioners in Lagos with focus on providing transactional support services to real estate companies.
He presently advises and provides transactional support to most of the developers of estates along the Lekki axis.
Bunmi is an associate member of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (N.I.E.S.V); Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON); Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (C.I.P.M.N) and an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School.
She worked with some notable real estate firms before she joined Lagos State Land Use Charge office in 2007 where she rose through the rank to the post of a General Manager until her resignation in 2014.
With over 10 years diverse experience in real estate practice, Bunmi has proven to be a seasoned professional in real estate management, property taxation, property valuation and estate agency.
Bunmi is presently the Managing Partner of the firm.
Daniel is the Head, Business Development and Marketing. He graduated with HND Estate Management (Upper Credit) from Yaba College of Technology. He is an astute facility manager and estate valuer with wealth of experience spanning over ten (10) years in various certified real estate practicing firms and property development companies with properties around Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja.
